Project Scope: Interior Wayfinding & Environmental Branding - Concept Design Through Implementation.

This new restaurant format was created around the idea of immersing the guests into the life and legacy of the company’s founder Truett Cathy. We were asked to work with the internal Chick-fil-A creative team in creating a customer experience which expressed the spirit and legacy of their founder. The team worked to do so without the environment becoming a museum but rather reflected his story and values in large and small moments created throughout the guest in-restaurant experience via a unique curation of family heirlooms, photos and quotes.
