Reliant came to us with a challenge: Consumer research highlighted the fact that the Reliant name was well-known, but understanding of their other product offerings (Security, Home Services) lagged brand awareness. To address this issue Reliant asked us to create a new in-store customer experience that attracted new customers while highlighting their other products and services. With this new retail environment even if shoppers did not choose a Reliant energy plan, they still leave the store with a positive impression of Reliant producst and services and a willingness for future consideration.
