Krispy Kreme came to us with a request for help in developing a new prototype which could be applied to both their US and international markets. Core to the new concept was the need to deliver against the brand pillars: Warm, Genuine, Fun, Simple, Sharing and Crave-able while reestablishing their core coffee offering. Layout flexibility was required so that the format could be applied to any international and domestic location while reenforcing the switch from a traditional grab-and-go format to a more sit-and-stay customer experience.
